Haceb has been designated as the first level of support for BitDefender Business Products and Solutions in the Middle East. Going on forward Haceb will handle all incoming BitDefender clients requests and questions.
Haceb’s effective and efficient support team will guarantee short responses on clients queries by leveraging Haceb’s proven experience in providing end-user support.
The support includes handling clients questions and requests on their BitDefender products administration and providing troubleshooting and technical support to resolve their issues. In more severe cases Haceb will liaise with BitDefender directly to resolve any critical client issue. Software updates and upgrades (patches, new versions, etc…) as also handled by the Haceb’s technical support team.
